I filled out the signup form, but I
never received my access information (username and password).
Answer:
-Please check your email spam/junk folders
-If you still cannot locate the information, you may sumbit your email
(email you used when signing up) into our "Lost Password" form and it
will automatically email you the username and password. Click
Here to use this option.
-If you provided an
incorrect email address (or mis-typed it) when you registered for the
account, you will
need to re-register. Please go back to the original signup
form and re-register with a valid email address. Again be
sure to
check your email spam/junk folders if you still do not see your
confirmation email.

-Please double
check your
username and password in the Access Information email that was sent to
you.
-If
it is still not working you can enter you email address in
the "Lost
Password" form section and it
will be emailed to you automatically.

The Ultimate Internet Talk Radio Directory currently
only provides
links to the original broadcasts of talk radio shows.

Can
I record a show?
Answer: There is software to record streaming radio shows,
but this is not
supported directly by TalkRadioInsiders.com. You may wish to visit www.download.com
to research and try such software.
Question:
When
I click on the listen
link nothing seems to happen?
Answer:
Please be sure to turn-off any pop-up-blocker you
have running and try
again.
Question:
The
player-window comes up on my screen but I don't hear anything?
Answer:
-Make
sure you have your
computer/speaker volume turned on.
-Wait
a few
minutes
- some radio
stations are silent during commercial breaks.
-If
the
problem
persists
- Download
and install the latest version
of Windows
Media Player and Flash Player.
Once you have installed both players close the
Talk
Radio
Directory. Now go back into the Talk Radio Directory and try
again.
-If you are still
experiencing problems, we recommend you download and install the latest
version of one of the
following browsers. Either Microsoft
Internet Explorer or Mozilla
Firefox .

Answer:
-Install the plugin
-If it is still not working... Download
and install the latest version
of Windows
Media Player
and Flash Player. Once
you have installed both players
close
the Talk
Radio Directory. Now re-open the Talk Radio Directory and try
again.
Question:
How
many different computers
can I access this directory with?
Answer: As many as you like.
All you need is your login and
password, and you can access this directory with any computer that has
internet access.
Question:
Does
the Directory work on an Apple computer?
Answer:
Yes. Some
users do experience issues when using a Mac, but the radio
streams still work...
-First
try using a different browser
(Firefox,
Google
Chrome).
-If
problems persist - you should download and install the latest
version
of Windows
Media Player components and
Flash Player. Once you have installed
both players
close
the Talk
Radio Directory. Now re-open the Talk Radio Directory and try
again.

Does
the Talk Radio
Directory work on a cell phone?
Answer: No. The Talk Radio
Directory is not meant for use on a cell phone.
