The Don Imus Radio Show has almost become bigger than Imus himself. With the women’s college basketball remark heard “round-the-world” Imus became the big news story for a long time. Whether Imus will ever be able to shake the moment he made the brutal comment(s) - is still up for debate. Few talk radio characters have been in the radio game as long as Donald Imus.
The program covers all your major topics - which makes it quite unique. News, Politics, Entertainment and Sports are on the slate as Imus, Charles and the gang provide their commentary on what’s happening in the world. One could easily describe him as edgy, others might say risky and offensive.
Television:
Imus was on MSNBC cable news network for many years, which was quite interesting that they decided to take on the other networks morning programs. The program can now be seen on RFD-TV.
Family & Charity:
Deidre Imus (wife) has appeared on the program over the years. The Imus Ranch (which now can be supported by Imus Ranch Foods) - a place for children with cancer is discussed often on the program.
Web Stuff:
Imus does seem to have a strong site for Imus Ranch Foods, but not a typical host website presence.

Good luck Mr. Imus with your prostate cancer. I had a total prostatectomy, robotic, for my prostate cancer, which was also confined to the prostate. My father also had PC and chose to have his treated with hormones, which stopped the growth, and he died with the cancer, but not from it. I have a close friend that has chosen your path, which I agree with for him, as the recovery from the surgery can be lengthy depending especially on your age, and there may be a resulting impotence and/or incontinence.

I watch intently every moring. I notice you have all the famous authors on your progaram, that’s great, but I have a great idea for your show.
One day a month, you should introduce an unknown author, and show his/her book on your show. Ask them how they got started and so on. I think that would help all thoise, like myself, to get reconized and get their books noticed.
I would be glad to be the first author to appear on your show. Just something new for your show and it would help the little guy and your always doing that.
