Liberal Talker Ed Schultz wants to Urinate

06.12.09

Yep, you heard it right. Ed Schultz said about conservative Hugh Hewitt: “But I’d bring him over for a cocktail party. Sure, then I’d urinate on him, ’cause that’s all he’s worth.” (reports radioequalizer).

In a rant the not-overly-successful cable news host of MSNBC, Schultz seemed to get pretty worked up at one point making the “peeing” comment. It’s getting pretty sad.

Perhaps the liberal talk radio & TV host is starting to feel real frustration at not having anywhere near the success of other talk-radio-TV stars like Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, and Bill O’Reilly (formerly radio now).

One has to wonder if conservatives had made the pee-ing comment, would there be more outrage over it. Imagine if Savage or Ingraham had made a similar comment on air?

Now, we’re not suggesting that this rises to Don Imus levels of offensiveness, but it does certainly seem ridiculous. That’s our take, what’s yours?

Anyway, check out the video below if your interested in hearing how he went off:

Ed has for years cleaned the clock of these right wing liars. Scarborough is the latest. It is very difficult to comprehend the deceit and lies , murders and rapes instigated by Beck, Hannity and O’Reilly et al.. and the fear4 they instill in those fascinated by their illusions. They are evil incarnate on this earth and very very soon they too will be stopped and gone forever. If they played fair and actually spoke the truth or even something close there could be dialogue. Unfortunately for them they will have to go.

It does not surprise me. Dems use vitriol and invective speech when conservatives desire dialog. When I questioned a stand in what I had hoped would be some rational discourse, the dem said “bite me.” Of course, they had the microphone on the radio and I did not, so they got the laugh.

I didn’t laugh, I shuddered. We’re dealing with terrorism that rips away at our nation’s ability to rationalize, discuss, and come to agreements. Will these people tell other nations to “bite me?” Or will be increasingly become isolationists because of their inability to discuss options and take another’s point of view for the sake of the discussion.

I teach my students to take the other person’s point of view and try to see things their way as they discuss. They are not rolling over and submitting, but they’re not fighting either.
